In particular: - The App does not provide personalized investment recommendations. - The App does not take into account your individual financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. - Any decisions you make based on information provided by the App are made at your own risk. You are solely responsible for consulting qualified financial professionals before making investment decisions. 5. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Availability While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information: - We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any content. - Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or subject to errors. - The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Where legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Frankfurt am Main, Germany. 15. Severability Clause If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
